it used to be the gym for 4 days a week on the treadmill and crosstrainer (elliptical machine) for 1 hour. and now its the same but for 40 mins 2 days a week cus i lift 3 days a week :) xxxx

i actually use a mixture of “Rimmel lasting finish 25 hour” in “nude” and “maybelline dream satin liquid” in “sun beige”! i do this cus i fake tan a lot a need different colours depending on the day :P xxxx
